毕业设计（论文） 题 目：供应商关系管理模型及方法研究 学 院： 机电工程学院 专业班级： 04级工业工程（2）班 指导教师： 职称： 讲师 学生姓名： 学 号： 40403050224 摘 要ABSTRACT People expressly cognize that the future competition will be between one supply chain and the other supply chain along with the increasingly severe globalization challenges．Supplier partnership management is the keystone of supply chain strategic management and the core of integration supply chain management．How to manage the partnership among enterprises in supply chain is one of focus of enterprise strategic management．Through concluding and analyzing the literature in domestic and international，we find there are some problems need to resolve．So the paper studies and discusses supplier partnership management farther，the emphases are supplier partnership models． After the depth analysis and understanding of supply chain and supplier relationship management theories，researches of supplier relationship management are made as follows：System research and analysis to the definition of supplier management、how to classify and choose supplier，and the supplier managements development process are made；Then it analysis the definition and content of supplier relationship management 、the reasons of formatting supplier relationship management ，the breakthrough in theory of supplier relationship management and the supplier relationship management in the supply chain environment．After understanding the barriers to the development of supplier’s strategic partnership, it makes the appropriate solution． Above on the basis of theoretical research，the paper established a model of vendor selection，strategic partnership model，the strategic partnership between the performance assessment model and its analysis，that the establishment of strategic cooperative partnership and maintaining the conditions for this The profit distribution methods．Finally a supplier relationship
