绿色出行工具—电动自行车 摘 要 随着我国经济、社会的发展和居民出行距离逐年增加,自行车已不能满足居民出行需求,且居民生活水平普遍达不到购买机动车能力、公交系统不能保障出行需求、部分城市又对摩托车进行禁运。人们迫切需要一种新型的交通工具。电动自行车在世纪之初应运而生,并逐渐发展成为城市道路交通中不可忽视的交通工具。电动自行车作为新型的交通工具,便捷、环保、价廉和易于驾乘,具有自行车和摩托车的综合优点,非常适合工薪阶层的交通出行需求。尽管电动自行车有诸多好处，但在城市交通运行中也出现了很多问题，占用机动车道、横穿马路、抢到行驶、超速行驶等现象特别突出，直接影响道路交通的畅通与安全。同时电动自行车的电池回收机制没有得到有效解决，对自然界和城市造成了二次污染。 本文从国内外电动自行车的发展及我国城市的具体情况进行分析,深入地分析了我国电动自行车的发展状况,产生的时代背景,与城市发展战略的关系,在能源、环境、质量、技术经济等到方面的特点通过分析论证,找出保证交通安全、交通秩序、防止污染环境的办法,从而达到满足人民对电动自行车需求的目的。 关键词：电动自行车；交通；污染 Abstract As Chinas economic and social development and the residents travel distance increases every year, bikes can not meet the travel needs of residents, and the standard of living generally fail to buy motor vehicle capacity, public transportation systems can not guarantee travel demand, part of the city but also on motorcycle embargo. There is an urgent need for a new kind of transport. Electric bicycle century emerged, and gradually developed into a city can not be ignored road transport. Electric bicycles as a new means of transport, convenient, environmentally friendly, inexpensive and easy to ride, with the comprehensive advantages of bicycles and motorcycles, ideal for working-class traffic travel needs.
