Five k inds of road expermi ents, including standing still, coasting in neutral gear, coasting w it engaged gear, driving w it constant speed and brak ing, w ere designed for data collection. Suc ve icle longitudinaldynam ic parameters as rolling friction coefficient, aerodynam ic coefficient, sw itc ing line betw een t rottle and brake control, brake efficiency factor and engine speed c aracteristics w ere identified by using least square met od.
