: 着重探讨了Sr 掺杂对 iO2 双功能压敏陶瓷介电性能的影响. 经研究发现, Sr 掺杂能显著
提高 iO 双功能压敏陶瓷的介电性能. 随着Sr 量的变化, iO 双功能压敏陶瓷的介电性能在

一 个很宽的范围内变化. 当Sr 量增加时,介电常数 eff 的变化规律是先减小后增大, 增大到一
定值时又减小, 而介电损耗则是先减小后一直增大, 可在协调 fef 和tan 的情况下, 取得较好的
实验结果.

Abstract: he influence of doped Strontium on the dielectric properties of iO2 varistor ceramic is discussed and
studied. he findings shows that doped Strontium can greatly improve dielectric properties. As the amount of
doped Strontium is increased, the dielectric properties of iO varistor ceramic can get changed in a wide range.

For ffe , it first drops and then increases. After it increases to a definite numerical value, it begins to drop. For
tan , it first decreases and then steadily increases. Good experiment results can be obtained by harmonizing
these two parameters.
