Shape Boundary 问题处理技巧. 一般而言Shape在PCB设计上占很重要的地位,但是由于要配合走线 和一些EMI 的要求所以Layout工程师就很难决定Shape 的外形和大小位 置,常常会发现客户的PCB版因为Shape 的外框(就是Shape Bounrady) 出 问题而无法出图或无法正确显示DRC.但是通常Layout工程师很难实时 的发现到Shape 已经出了问题, 一般都是发现DRC有的有出现有的没有, 比如对VIA 的DRC或对走线.这时所能做的就是把这样的Shape找出来重 画或去编辑Shape 的外框. 所幸透过DB Check和Shape Check的功能可以 很快的将这类的问题找出来.如果可以修改的就用Edit Shape Boundary 的功能将问题修正掉, 否则就要重画. 由于在公司内部并不存在这样的 档案所以只好以客户的例子来演练.很感谢这位客户同意让我将他的设 计做为下文的范例, 但是以下的内容有图示到设计的部份将仅局限在 Shape上. 怎样确认问题: 如果您的设计出了这样的问题那是不能出Art work的,以下是这个例子在 出Art work时所看到的Error Message.
