浅析建筑工程安全管理中存在的问题及解决方法 刘永明 大同市铁建房地产开发有限公司 山西省 大同市 037005 摘要：随着建筑工程的广泛开展，对于工程的质量和安全有了更高的标准。安全 施工是建筑工程的基础保障，也是建筑工程项目管理中的重要内容。同时建筑工 程具有施工环节复杂、施工时间较长的特点,是我国的工程体系中一项重要的建 筑工程,所以建筑工程施工中加诸于施工安全以及施工质量管理具有十分重要的 意义。对于建筑工程来说，经济效益和社会效益并不是一般行业能够比拟的，要 想获得更大的效益，更好地服务于广大的市民，必须彻底解决施工管理当中的问 题。在合理的施工管理制度前提下，以施工实际情况为出发点，采用针对性的对 策来解决施工管理中的问题，才能给建筑工程带来宏观的经济效益和社会效益。 文章在分析高层建筑施工特点的基础上，分析了当前高层建筑施工现场存在的安 全问题，并提出了加强高层建筑安全管理的建议。 关键词：建筑工程、安全管理、存在问题、解决方法 中图分类号：TU198 文献标识码： A Abstract: with the extensive construction projects, to the quality and safety of the project the higher standard.
