包 装 工 程 第38 卷 第 5 期 ·92 · PACKAGING ENGINEERING 2017 年3 月 GDX1 小盒软包透明纸热封缺陷的视觉检测系统 蔡培良 1 ，何邦贵 2 ，杨剑锋 1 ，李明 1 ，易凡竣 1 ，朱开林 1 （1.红云红河烟草（集团）有限责任公司曲靖卷烟厂，曲靖 655000 ；2.昆明理工大学，昆明 650500 ） 摘要： 目的 解决在GDX1 包装机生产过程中，小盒透明纸热封粘贴不牢、不平整、泡皱、反包等缺陷 不能被有效检测及剔除的问题。方法 设计一种新型GDX1 小盒软包透明纸热封缺陷视觉检测系统，通 过对其关键技术的研究，进行动态图像采集、MICRO II 控制程序设计、安装支架设计、输出控制参数 调整等，实现对有缺陷的小盒侧面透明纸热封烟包的高效检测及准确剔除。结果 该视觉检测系统实施 后，有缺陷烟包的剔除率≥99.9% ，误剔率≤0.03% 。结论 该视觉检测系统能提高产品质量，降低物耗， 为精益生产、精益加工起到了一定的保障作用，该系统和技术可推广应用于行业内所有GDX1/2 包装设 备上。 关键词：热封缺陷；视觉检测；卷烟包装机 中图分类号：TB487 文献标识码：A 文章编号： 1001-3563(2017)05-0092-04 Visual Inspection System of GDX1 Box Soft Transparent Paper Heat-sealing Defects 1 2 1 1 1 1 CAI Pei-liang , HE Bang-gui , YANG Jian-feng , LI Ming , YI Fan-jun , ZHU Kai-lin (1.Qujing Cigarette Factory, Hongyun Honghe (Group) Co., Ltd., Qujing 655000, China; 2.Kunming University of Science and Technology, Kunming 650500, China) ABSTRACT: The work aims to solve the problem that the infirm, unsmooth paste after heat sealing, wrinkled bubble, encapsulation and other defects of box transparent paper cannot be effectively detected and eliminated in the process of producing GDX1 packaging machine. A new visual detection system for heat-sealing defects of GDX1 box transparent flexible package paper was designed.
