CELL参数详解 Cell Description：小区信息描述参数 Cell Name：Location Name：PLMN Name: Own PLMN BCCH Channel： Static SDCCH： 按照规划做，根据ErlB表算出SDCCH话务负荷。 Dynamic SDCCH： 默认设置为0，一般来讲对于SDCCH突发拥塞且次数不多的小区可以添加动态SDCCH的信道配置。 Traffic Channel： 按照规划做，根据ErlB表算出TCH理论话务负荷，一般情况下：市区blocked2%，乡镇blocked5%。 NCC Permitted： 小区参数NCC Permitted决定报告哪些邻区的测量结果给BTS。如果NCC Permitted=0~6，但西安北电小区用NCC是7，那么手机只测量NCC是0~6，所以即使北电小区的信号再好，手机也不会将测量结果送交BTS，当然MS也就不会切换到北电小区。该参数属于HO Detection里作用参数。 Definition：Indicates which NCC values the MS considers as belonging to the network。 Spec reference：System information management Coding rule： Coded over 8 bits. each bit corresponds to a NCC value: MSB corresponds to NCC = 7, LSB。corresponds to NCC = 0. For each bit:0= NCC not permitted, 1= NCC permitted。 External comment： The value depends on configuration. The default value indicated here is for implementation purposes。 Internal comment：This parameter was previously named: “PLMN_permitted”。 Definition： This flag indicates to the MS if it reports a HANDOVER FAILURE in case of out of range timing Spec reference：External channel changes。 Coding rule：0→Out of range timing advance is ignored；1→ Out of range timing advance triggers a Handover。 Minvalue：0；Maxvalue：255；Defvalue：0。CodedMin：0；CodedMax：255；CodedDef：0。Unit：None。 BCCH_FREQ：67 BCCH_FREQ (OMCR) 如果希望支持E-GSM频点需要在OMCR上的License支持。 Definition：Indicates the frequency used as BCCH.
