2016年科技工作安排 一、加强产学研合作、壮大新兴产业 加快产学研合作步伐，从沃福肥业成立生物菌肥研究中心入手，新建一批企业研发机构，国家工程技术研究中心、企业技术联盟、试验基地、创新服务中心、科技中介机构等。组织有关部门、新兴产业企业与合工大、安农大等高等院校建立产学研合作关系，为企业解决技术难题、提供技术依托，寻找新的经济增长点。 二、组织新项目的编写申报，做好项目储备 推进水果产业技术联盟，做好项目凝练，重点做好砀山县标准化水果产业基地建设和砀山县薛楼林木产业基地建设中科技项目凝聚提炼工作。围绕“两大基地”建设争取在中小型企业创新基金及涉农项目申报有所突破。 三、继续推进知识产权强县工程 1、利用各类宣传媒体平台，宣传普及科技法律、法规； 2、加强自主创新工作，实施专利突破工程； 2016年发明专利考核工作，我们计划调整专利资助办法，重点支持授权专利以及有突出贡献的发明专利，并及时予以奖励。 3、查处专利等科技侵权案件，加强知识产权保护。 继续督查、指导我县企业承担的科技项目的实施，严格按照项目任务书，进行自查自纠，完善材料确保项目顺利通过各级验收。同时加强其他在建省、市级科技项目的建设与管理。 五、继续组织申报高新技术企业，申报高新技术产品 1、继续做好高新技术企业培育与申报工作； 2016年市政府考核工作，今年我们已培育了5家企业作为2016年高新技术企业的申报基础，计划获批2家。 2、研发并申报高新技术产品。 2016年我们重点争取省地震局对我县地震观测台的立项和支持，开展选点及建台相关工作，尽快实现“一县一台”规划要求， close the doors and windows, lock the door;6, keep the classroom clean, no spitting, no littering debris and other debris;7, not in the desk, doors and windows, walls, etc. The Painted graffiti graffiti board;8, the preparation of the bell ring, sitting in their own position, and do a good lesson preparation, keep the classroom quiet;9, when the class to stand up to the teacher Shi Hangli; class speech first raise their hands;10, listen attentively.
