摘要本次毕业设计是一栋病房楼，位于xxxxx的人民医院，采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，占地面积1200㎡，设计使用年限为50年，抗震设防烈度为8度，耐火等级为II级,本次毕业设计主要是结构设计。结构设计是采用的多层混凝土框架结构，根据任务书布置各层平面图，在进行荷载计算和构件截面估算后，选取一榀框架进行计算，包括框架梁柱截面尺寸的选取及线刚度的计算、荷载计算、内力计算、内力组合、截面设计及配筋计算。荷载计算分别进行了恒载、活载、风荷载以及水平地震作用的计算。并且求出了各种荷载作用下一榀框架的弯矩图、剪力图和轴力图，然后进行了内力组合，选出最不利截面，进而进行截面设计和配筋计算。关键词：现浇混凝土框架；结构计算；内力计算；截面设计；配筋计算Abstract The graduation project is ward building, which is located the Peoples Hospital of xxx City in xxxxx province.The ward building used cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure, which covers an area of 1300 square meters, Design life for 50 years, the intensity of an earthquake resistance of buildings is 8, fire-resistant Grade II.This project is mainly about structural design.The structural design adopts multistory concrete reinforced frame. Finish the plot plan of every layer according to the descriptions of the construction project.After the load calculation and Cross-section Calculation,I select a common framework to calculate, including the calculation of the sectional dimension of beam-column, Line stiffness,load calculation,internal force calculation,combination of internal forces;Design of Cross-section, computation of reinforcement;load calculation including dead load applied calculation and live load applied calculation,wind load calculation and load under the horizontal earthquake action.
