The biggest danger is nibbling between meals. P: Whys that? D: Well, even if youre only eating small amounts, youd be surprised how quickly it can add up. P: Ah, so that is why I always feel like Ive had too much when I go to X-mas parties. D: Yup, indigestion. P: Whats the best way to handle parties?
