　　复方甘草酸苷联合愈肝颗粒治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效研究论文 杨华秀，张光海，米绍平 【摘要】 目的 研究复方甘草酸苷片(美能)联合中药愈肝颗粒治疗慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)的疗效观察。方法 按随机对照原则选择72例HBV DNA、HBeAg阳性的慢性乙型肝炎患者，分为治疗组、对照组，治疗组采用美能和愈肝颗粒联合治疗，对照组单用美能片，疗程24周。治疗前后分别检测血清肝功能乙肝标志物、HBV DNA，并记录治疗期间发生的不良反应。结果 治疗24周后治疗组HBeAg转阴率、HBeAg/抗-HBe血清转换明显高于对照组.freelly and subdivided into tent group arker in serum ent.
