　　妇产科腹部手术切口脂肪液化原因和治疗探讨论文 【摘要】 目的 探讨妇产科腹部切口脂肪液化的原因及预防措施。方法 对我科36例发生腹部切口脂肪液化患者进行回顾性分析。结果 36例病人中，肥胖23例，滞产10例，贫血8例，糖尿病3例，咳嗽5例，使用电刀者9例。结论 引起妇产科腹部切口脂肪液化与肥胖、糖尿病、贫血、咳嗽、滞产、高频电刀的使用有关。及早治疗和充分引流是关键。 【关键词】妇产科 腹部手术 脂肪液化 原因 治疗 【Abstract】 Objective The mainly task of this paper is to probe into the cause and protective treatment of fat liquefaction in incision of abdominal operation in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
