摘 要近几年来，民航业的诸多限制竞争行为引起了民众的广泛关注，限制竞争行为即垄断行为。在民航业，无论是售票系统、订票系统、地面服务系统，还是航油、航材等航空资源的贩卖，均有限制竞争行为的出现，具体表现为垄断协议、滥用市场支配地位、经营者集中等。我国规制民航业限制竞争行为的适用法律有《民航法》、《反垄断法》等，但其在规制航空业限制竞争行为方面还存在诸多不足的现状，例如法律体系不全、规范内容落后、执法力度不大等。借鉴美国和欧盟等国家成熟的相关法律规制，是完善我国限制竞争行为法律规制的要手段。关键词：民航业；限制竞争行为；反垄断；规制AbstractIn recent years, many aviation industrys restrictive competition behavior has aroused widespread concern of people, economic and administrative both created the civil aviation industry has many limit competition behavior, in this paper, the author define the anti-competitive practice as monopolization, which is in violatio
