　　洗钱犯罪的特点与防治论文 内容摘要：洗钱犯罪在我国作为一种新型犯罪近年来呈现蔓延之势，该罪自身有着不同于其他各种犯罪的特点，本文对该罪的主要犯罪特点进行了归纳和剖析，并针对我国洗钱犯罪活动的特点和形成原因，特出从思想、立法、执法、金融防范、国际合作等方面加强对洗钱犯罪进行综合预防、控制和治理、以此构筑适合我国国情的洗钱犯罪防范体系的设想。 关键词：洗钱犯罪 新型犯罪 特点 防范体系 The characters of the crime of laundering and hoe,.freele of laundering has increased in China.
