大连工业大学艺术与信息工程学院 毕业设计（论文） 届 专业 题 目： 环保式喷漆水帘房设计 子 题： 学生姓名： 刘建真 班级学号：机械08—15 指导教师： 卜繁岭 职 称： 所在系（教研室）： 艺信学院机电系 下达日期：2011年8月1日 完成日期：2012年6月17日 摘 要 由室体、水槽、不锈钢水帘板、水循环系统、抽风过滤系统等组成，正常完成工件喷涂的同时能有效防止废漆排放而污染环境。水帘板结构设计先进合理，保证室内气流速度、提高涂装上漆率和残漆捕捉率。并使水帘层均匀，连续、可靠、无中断带无水花飞溅。涡卷装置，气水分离挡板的可组拼，拆卸设置方式能充分洗涤分离残漆和汽水，可以达到净化工件通过悬挂输送机送入喷漆房，或用工作台转台放置工件。操作者用手持式静电喷漆枪或固定式旋杯喷漆枪对工件进行喷涂作业使用静电喷枪，漆雾捕集效果好。飞散的过喷漆雾随气流吸引至水幕净化，再经喷淋净化后，经气水分离装置，将净化后的气体排出室外。由水幕捕捉到的漆雾随水流泻入盛水池，经水泵抽吸过滤，油漆残渣浮于水面。然后将油漆凝聚剂加入水池内，油漆残渣即行凝聚成疏松团块，然后用盛器舀出集中处理，保持水 质清洁，从而完成漆雾净化目的。 范围：机械、汽车配件、金属制品、装饰件、家电、家具等行业的工件喷涂。 适用：单侧喷涂，也可多台组合后进行双面喷涂。 Abstract By room, sink, stainless steel water boards, water filter system, circulatory system, ventilation components, properly completed workpiece while spraying paint can effectively prevent waste emission and pollution of the environment.
