In combination with the actual situation, the detailed construction organization design scheme is formulated. The program mainly describes the construction organization, management, technical methods, quality, duration control and other measures. Mainly include: the construction site layout, construction preparation, schedule and assurance measures, the sub-project construction projects, seasonal construction measures and construction site civilized construction, environmental protection, safety measures, and to ensure the successful completion of the construction task to develop a Progress plan, through the rational allocation of labor resources, improve work efficiency, to ensure the orderly and efficient construction of the project, the project was completed.
