Innovation and Technology Fund Solicitation of Proposals of Innovation and Technology Support Programme (a) Guangdong-Hong Kong Technology Cooperation Funding Scheme (b) Tier 3 funding The Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC) is inviting project proposals for the 2010 Guangdong-Hong Kong Technology Cooperation Funding Scheme (TCFS) and the Tier 3 under the Innovation and Technology Support Programme of the Innovation and Technology Fund.
