临床药师 256 例会诊病例分析 张强，郑继海(新乡医学院第一附属医院，河南 卫辉 453100) 摘要：目的 了解临床药师院内会诊病例情况，探讨临床药师会诊工作制度及培养方向。方法 对 2009 年 1~12 月我院 临床药师院内会诊的 256 例病历进行回顾性分析。结果 平均每周会诊 4.7 例，临床 46.15%的科室邀请过会诊，其中会 诊次数较多的专业是：结核内科(25.0%)、神经内科(14.8%)、骨科(12.1%)等。主要会诊内容是细菌感染问题，且耐药菌 感染占首位(49.2%)。结论 临床药师参加会诊，协助各临床科室诊疗是十分必要和有效的，不仅使临床药师增长知识和 经验，更有利于疾病的诊治和患者的康复。 关键词：临床药师；会诊制度；病例分析 作者简介：张强，女，副主任药师 Tel:E-mail: zhangqyfy@163.com ·1140 · Chin JMAP, 2010 December, Vol.27 No.12 中国现代应用药学2010 年 12 月第 27 卷第 12 期 中图分类号：R97 文献标志码：B 文章编号：1007-7693(2010)11-1140-04 Analysis of 256 Cases’ Clinical Pharmacists Consultations ZHANG Qiang, ZHENG Jihai(The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University, Weihui 453100, China) ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE To understand the situation of clinical pharmacists consultations in our hosptial, and to study the consultation system and training model of clinical pharmacists. METHODS A retrospective analysis was conducted on the 256 cases of medical records in our hosptial during January to December in 2009. RESULTS The average rate of the consultation was 4.7 cases a week, 46.15% of the clinical departments had invited the clinical pharmacists in consulation. More frequent consulations appeared in these departments: department of tuberculosis(25.0%), department of neurology(14.8%), orthopaedics (12.1%). The main consultation contents were about the bacterial infection questions, and the resistant bacterial infection occupied the first place(49.2%). CONCLUSION The clinical pharmacists take part in the consultation is very necessary and effective to assist the clinical department to diagnosis and treatment, it is not only beneficial to clinical pharmacists to enrich knowledge and experience, but also benefit to the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and patients recovery.
