针对ASME 规范 2011 增补的质量手册程序文件更改 2011.12.27 尊敬的ASME质量负责人， ASME规范2011增补将在2012年1月1日强制实施，现将质量手册程序文件修改的内容建议如下： 对所有证书持有者： ASME将原来的U, S, U2, PP, A 等所有的钢印都取消，将使用同一个ASME证书钢印“Certification Mark”stamp. 以前的钢印可以被使用至2013年1月1日前。 1.1质量手册正文中相应的内容需更改如下： (a) 修改“Code Symbol”及“ASME Code Symbol” 成为 “Certification Mark.” (b) 修改“Code stamped”成为“stamped with the Certification Mark” 或 “Certification Mark stamped.” (c) 修改“Code stamp holder”成为“Certificate holder.” (d) 修改“Certificate of Authorization Holder”成为“Certificate holder.” (e) 修改“U Certificate of Authorization”成为“Certificate of Authorization with the U Designator.” (f) “Certificate of Authorization” 不用修改. (g) 修改“holder of a valid U Certificate of Authorization”成为“Certificate Holder with the U Designator.” (h) 修改“U Stamp”成为“Certification Mark with the U Designator.” (i) 修改“Code U Symbol”成为“Certification Mark with the U Designator.” 1.2 质量手册样表中铭牌的内容需更改, 应加上ASME 证书钢印。 对U证书持有者： 2.1 规范UG 11修改, 质量手册中关于承压部件采购的相应的内容可更改如下： *.*.* Prefabricated or preformed pressure parts *.*.*.1 Prefabricated or preformed nonstandard pressure parts (except quick-actuating closures) that are wholly formed by casting, forging, rolling, or die forming. When such parts are purchased from a vendor, the parts may be supplied as material provided they are suitable for the design condition of the completed vessel. The Purchase Order and Purchase Specification shall specify that the parts shall be identified with name or trademark of parts manufacturer, part identification and material identification markings, and the material certification shall be furnished with the parts. *.*.*.2 Prefabricated or preformed nonstandard pressure parts with welding When such parts are purchased from a vendor, the Purchasing Store Section Manager shall select the vendor who holds the valid appropriate Certificate of Authorization from ASME.
