继续教育学院 J I A N G S U U N I V E R S I T Y 本 科 毕 业 论 文 浅谈中小企业财务管理的现状、问题和对策 The Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of Financial Management In Small And Medium Enterprises 学院名称： 专业班级： 学生姓名： 指导教师姓名： 指导教师职称： 2015年 月  摘 要 改革开放以来，中小企业随着中国市场经济的确立和发展，像雨后春笋般蓬勃发展并日趋成熟。中小企业在解决社会就业、增加财政收入、发展高新技术、支援国家经济建设等方面发挥着越来越重的作用，也是国民经济的重要组成部分。 但是，我国中小企业中有相当一部分忽视了财务管理的核心地位，管理思想落后，使企业管理局限于生产经营型管理的格局中，企业财务管理的作用没有得到充分的发挥。同时，由于受宏观经济环境变化和体制的影响，使得中小企业在加强财务管理方面遇到了一定的阻力。 本文从财务管理在企业管理中的地位和作用入手，阐述了中小企业财务管理工作中存在的问题，指出企业外部环境因素和内部环境因素对中小企业财务管理的影响。并针对一些主要问题提出了相应的对策和部分改善中小企业财务管理工作环境的方法。 关键词：中小企业；财务管理；问题；对策 Abstract After the reform and open policy come true, the individually-run enterprise have set up gradually, like the bamboo shoots after a spring rain, with the development of the socialist market economy. The individually-run enterprise has exerted more and more effect in solving the problem of obtaining employment, increasing the financial revenue developing the new technology and sustaining the economic development, and also are the important part of the national economy. But, A considerable part in Chinese small and medium employments ignoring the core status of financial management, management thinking backward, is authority limited to the production and operation management pattern of enterprises, had not been brought into full play the role of enterprise financial management. At the same time, due to the impact of macro-economic environment changes and institutional, small and medium employments in strengthening the financial management has encountered some resistance.
