船板高温延塑性的研究刘伟明1.2 龚云芳1 潘路影1 陶涛1 康立文1张捷宇1(1 南京钢铁联合有限公司 2 上海大学)摘要:本文研究了船板E36N和E36-T钢铸坯不同温度区间高温延塑性的特征。根据Gleeble-1500热模拟机获得这两种船板铸坯热塑性曲线,利用扫描电镜对断口形貌及组织进行分析,得出两种钢在各温度区间塑性差别的主要原因。船板热塑性曲线可分为以下几个区域:高温脆性区(tl~1300oC),E36-T钢塑性较好,此区间铸坯脆性与其碳含量及硫、磷在奥氏体晶界的偏聚有关;高温韧性区(1100~1300oC),E36-T钢延塑性较好,在此区间TiN析出物越多,分布越随机,船板的塑性越好;韧脆转变区(900~1100oC),E36-N塑性较好,钢中低熔点硫化物和铌化物等析出,动态再结晶发生温度不同,导致两个钢种塑性明显有差别;低温脆性区(700~900oC),先共析铁素体的出现是两个钢种塑性低的共同原因,同时析出物的沿着晶界的析出大大降低钢的高温塑性。关键词:船板;热塑性曲线;脆性区间Comparison and Analysis on High Temperature Ductility ofShip-buildingBlankLIU Wei-ming1,2 GONG Yun-fang1 PAN Lu-ying1 TAO Tao1 KANG Li-wen1 ZHANG Jieyu2(1 Nan Jing Iron Steel United Corporation Limited 2 Shang Hai University)Abstract:The difference of the hot ductility of E36N and E36-Tshipbuilding blank is mainly discussed. The RAchanges with temperature were got by means of Gleeble-1500 machine. Then their fracture surface and metallicphase tissue were analyzed by SEM and optical microscope. The difference in the two kinds of steel ductility in different temperature zone is as follows:Within the scope of high temperature brittle zone (tl-1300oC), E36-Tisbetter, the more the carbon content, the more is the sulphur at carbon grain boundary;In high temperature highductility zone, E36-T is better, the higher the Ti content, the thinker is the TiN and the more is the TiN randomdistribution in and out of grain boundaryAt upper side of ductility trough (900-1100e), E36N was betterthanE36-T, low melting point materials emerged which weakened grain boundary and dynamic recrystallization temperature differed, which result in different ductility;In low temperature brittle zone (700-900oC), ductilitydecreased because of precipitated proeutectoid ferrite emerged, strain induced ferrite was urged by Ti formed atgrain boundary and crystal interior simultaneously.
