Abstract Based on the objective need of official crime investigation, report clues management system of official crime cases in procuratorial organs came into being. Since the found of reporting center in the procuratorial organs of our country, the operation of report clues management was constantly normalized, the system of report clues management was conatantly improved, it has played a limited and positive role in assisting and supporting of official crime investigation. At the same time, along with the continuous improvement of the internal restriction mechanism of official crime investigation in procuratorial organs, report clues management system was included and endowed with independent value. However, under the control of the objective and historical limitations of the judicial practice in our country, the relevant theoretical research is rare, the related regulations are not perfect, the situation of system implement is not optimistic, it has seriously regulated the function’s full play and the value’s effective realize of the system. For this reason, combined with the current regulations, using empirical research method, this paper will discuss the relevant issues of report clues management system. Except the introduction and conclusion outside, this paper is composed of three parts, a total of around than 25,000 thousand words.
