Entry door does not keep rain water out, floor very slippery when water inside and door rattles in wind at night and is disturbing. No cover on MATV junction box, individual circuits are not labeled either at the terminal box or inside the guest room wall plates for ease of identification. Exposed wiring and terminations to be replaced and all terminations made in approved junction boxes. Electrical switch board circuits not labeled and no safety cover plate with circuit breakers identified. Voice and Data cabling not installed properly (blue cable). Hot and Cold water supply isolation valves not labeled.
