* 图9-23 标准导联示意图 （二）加压单极肢体导联（augmented unipolar limb leads） 反映心电活动在某一个肢体呈现的电位变化 中心电端（central reference point）：将两上肢及左下肢各通过一个5000W电阻连接到一点，这一点称为其电位为零。中心电端与心电图机的负极相连。 加压单极肢体导联：在描记某一肢体导联的心电图时，将该肢体与中心电端的联线断开。 右上肢、左上肢及左下肢分别连接心电图机的正极。这样就分别构成了： 加压单极右上肢导联（aVR） 加压单极左上肢导联（aVL） 加压单极左下肢导联（aVF） (2) Unipolar limb leads The combination of the electrodes of left arm, right arm and left leg show roughly a zero potential, this point is called central reference point (中心电端） 　Unipolar limb leads (单极肢体导联）：measure the 　　true potential of a point on the body surface, include:
