持续泵注生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎后发生低血糖反应护理体会 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨持续泵注生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎发生低血糖反应的护理方法。 方法 对174例急性胰腺炎患者泵注生长抑素治疗后，采用单独、持续给药，密切观察血糖变化，加强饮食护理及营养支持、健康宣教等护理，总结持续泵注生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎发生低血糖的护理体会。 结果 发生低血糖反应的17例患者经过及时治疗及系统护理，均未发生低血糖昏迷等严重并发症，病情稳定后出院。 结论 持续泵注生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎，通过科学的用药指导、及时治疗及系统护理，可以极大程度减少患者的低血糖反应，提高急性胰腺炎的抢救成功率 [关键词] 生长抑素；急性胰腺炎；低血糖反应；护理 [中图分类号] R473.5 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）10-0152-03 Nursing experience of the occurrence of hypoglycemia reaction after continuous infusion of somatostatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis JIN Hongfang ZHANG Zengyu TIAN Jun Department of Gastroenterology， Hangzhou Xiaoshan District First People’s Hospital， Hangzhou 311201， China [Abstract] Objective To explore the nursing method of the occurrence of hypoglycemia reaction after continuous infusion of somatostatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods 174 patients with acute pancreatitis were treated with separate and sustained administration after the injection of somatostatin treatment. The changes of blood glucose were observed. The cares including diet and nutritional support and health education were strengthened. Nursing experience of the occurrence of hypoglycemia reaction after continuous injection of somatostatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis was summarized. Results 17 patients with hypoglycemia had no any serious complications such as hypoglycemia and coma after being treated in a timely and systematic manner. They were discharged from the hospital after stable condition. Conclusion Continuous injection of somatostatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitiscan reduce the patient’s hypoglycemia reaction to a great extent and improve the success rate of acute pancreatitis rescue， through scientific medication guidance， timely treatment and systematic care.
