ABSTRACT
In the increasingly competitive world, science and technology develop every day. The competition is during the knowledge of science and technology and the comprehensive national strength competition, and is the talented person’s competition. And in the national competition, the education shoulders the historical mission of cultivating senior professionals. But the rigid thinking and the backward system can never develop creative senior talents. The education thoughts and the way of education are strong ethnic characteristics between China and the United States. This paper analyzes the different education methods for children between China and the United States. There are many reasons that caused the education differences, but the cultural psychology, value orientation and thinking mode are the main ones. The purpose of researching the different thinking for children education between China and the United State is to educate better instead of comparative advantages and disadvantages. There are many differences on children’s education between China and the United States, and the analysis of the differences will lead parents to understand the western education widely, and can also be a deeper understanding of education idea of the east. Based on the research of the two kinds of education, this paper will sum up the more suitable education methods for the healthy growth of Chinese children.
