Th e basic con en s of he effec ive u iliza ion evalua ion of agricul ural resources include seven aspec s: 1) he background appraisal of agricul ural resources; 2) he biological sui able appraisal of agricul ural resources; 3) he social demand appraisal of agricul ural re- sources; 4) he process appraisal of agricul ural resources u iliza ion; 5) he economic appraisal of agricul ural resources u iliza ion; 6) he environmen al impac assessmen of agricul ural re- sources u iliza ion; and 7) he sus ainable evalua ion of agricul ural u iliza ion. he paper las ly iden ifies hree essen ial me hods for evalua ing effec ive u iliza ion of agricula ural resources.
