[Abstract] from the perspective of global development, the human resource management model based on capability is emerging. Similar Pcmm (peoplecapabilitymaturitymode, personnel capability maturity model) system, help the organization continue to improve staff ability to adapt to the requirements for the change of external environment is widely used. This paper analyzes the two domestic and foreign enterprises in the implementation of capacity based human resources management attempts, as well as the application of enterprises in our country. The author pointed out that the domestic enterprise itself should have full right personnel; enterprises should change the highest level to give full support for reform; development of high-tech enterprises in knowledge intensive enterprises, the enterprise personnel depends on the capacity of continuous improvement, so the application effect of these enterprises in other enterprises.
Looking from the global development, the human resource management pattern based on ability is taking shape. Similar Pcmm (peoplecapabilitymaturitymode, personnel capability maturity model) system, help the organization continue to improve staff ability to adapt to the requirements for the change of external environment is widely used. This article will analyze both domestic and foreign enterprises in the implementation of the ability based human resources management attempts, as well as in Chinas enterprise applications.
