RM, customer relationship management, we dont have a narrow understanding that CRM is just a tool for businesses to manage sales and services. The real arrival of the Internet era has given CRM a new and broad meaning, CRM is no longer limited to the scope of enterprise management concepts and application products, the Internet has enabled it to be applied by everyone.
Relationship between man and society
Man is the sum total of all social relations. Each of us who lives in the real world is constantly using relationship management.
