潍坊科技学院本科毕业论文题目论农村财务管理中存在的问题及改善——以金乡县兴隆镇为例院（系）经济管理学院专业财务管理学号201206010227学生姓名高鲁指导老师田海燕起讫日期 2015年12月—2016年6 设计地点山东省济宁市摘要新中国成立以来，国家日渐昌盛，尤其是改革开放以来，国家经济更是突飞猛进，农民生活不断提高，逐渐进入小康社会。随着国家收入的提高，对于农村的各项财政补助逐步增加，甚至有的农村成立了一些集体性质的公司，有了经济的来源。时至今日，许多农村高楼林立，工厂遍地，人们过上了富足的生活。然而，在这种快速发展的过程中难免会出现一些问题，尤其是在财务管理中出现的问题。因此，本文从金乡县兴隆镇出发，对财务管理过程中存在的问题以及改善方法进行探讨。首先，本文对金乡县兴隆镇农村财务管理现状进行简单概述，介绍了金乡县兴隆镇农村财务管理的研究现状和其在近几十年发展过程中形成的特点。其次，通过不断的调查研究等各种方法手段，分析了造成农村财务管理中出现种种问题的原因。最后，针对造成出现财务管理问题的原因，结合金乡县兴隆镇农村的现状，通过不断的分析研究，同时借鉴其它乡镇农村在解决相关问题时所采取的方法和措施，从多个方面对金乡县兴隆镇农村财务管理中出现的问题提出相应的解决方案。结合相关理论知识探索有效的村级财务管理之道，建立与其之间相配套的管理方法和措施，使农村的财务管理工作走向制度化、规范化和法制化的道路。关键词：农村财务管理；监管制度；改善方法AbstractSince the founding of new China ,the country is prosperous with each passing day, especially since the reform and opening up to the outside world, the national economy is advancing by leaps and bounds, continuously improve their living standards, gradually into the well-off society.
