山东交通学院 2013届毕业生毕业论文（设计） 题目：王渠沟分离式三车道隧道复合式衬砌结构设计 院(系)别 水木清华 专 业 城市地下空间 班 级 学 号 姓 名 贝聿铭 指导教师 梁思成 二○一三年六月 摘 要 王渠沟隧道位于蓝田九房乡冯家湾村，为直线型隧道。隧道洞室线长315米，最大埋深83.152米,暗洞按新奥法施工，明洞按明挖法施工。围岩地质条件较差，含水量较高，围岩以Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ级为主。 隧道衬砌结构采用复合式衬砌，二次衬砌计算时采用荷载结构法。王渠沟隧道支护结构采复合式衬砌，分初期支护和二次支护。初期支护采用喷锚支护，二次衬砌采用现浇模筑混凝土。 初期支护采用喷锚支护，由喷射混凝土、锚杆、钢筋网和钢架等支护形式组合使用，根据不同围岩级别区别组合。锚杆支护采用全长粘结锚杆。由工程类比法，结合《公路隧道设计规范》，初期支护喷射混凝土材料采用C20级混凝土。二次衬砌采用现浇模筑混凝土，利用荷载结构法进行衬砌内力计算和验算。施工时以新奥法理论为基础，采用控制爆破，加强初期支护和监控量测，及时修正支护参数和施工方法。 王渠沟隧道为短隧道，经计算不必进行机械通风，故采用自然通风。 关键字：隧道工程，新奥法，计算，通风，照明 Abstract The Wangqugou tunnel was located in the Lantian nine room township Fangjiawan village,for the lineal tunnel.The length of the tunnel cavern was 315 meters, the maximum buried depth of the tunnel was 83.152 meters.Hidden hole was constructed according to the NATM(New Austrian Tunneling Method), open tunnel according to the cut and cover tunneling construction.Surrounding rock?geology was given priority to with gneisses ,geological conditions was poor and the moisture content was higher.The surrounding rock was given priority to with Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ grade. The tunnel Lining Structure was adopted composite lining structure.The secondary lining was calculated adopting to the load structure method.The supporting structure of Wangqugou tunnel was adopted composite lining，be split into the primary support and secondary support.Preliminary bracing was adopted shotcrete and rock bolt support， secondary lining was adopted the cast-in-site die concrete. Primary support was used shotcrete and rock bolt support, being composed of shotcrete and bolt, steel mesh and steel frame or beam supporting form combination, and being distinguished combination combination according to different surrounding rock grades.Rock bolt support was adopted full-length bond anchor.By engineeri
