腹部B超联合阴道B超在妇产科急腹症诊断中效果观察 　　[摘要]目的 探讨腹部B超与阴道B超联合诊断妇产科急腹症的临床效果。方法 选取我院2015年7月～2016年7月诊治的97例妇产科急腹症患者作为研究对象，以手术病理学诊断结果为金标准，分别采取单纯腹部B超、腹部B超联合阴道B超方案进行诊断，比较两者的诊断准确率。结果 腹部B超联合阴道B超的诊断准确率为92.78%，高于腹部B超的74.23%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=12.125，P=0.000）。结论 腹部B超与阴道B超联合诊断妇产科急腹症的临床效果肯定，对不同类型的妇产科急腹症诊断准确率较高，误诊、漏诊情况减少，且超声检查方便、实用、经济，可作为妇产科急腹症的理想检测手段 [关键词]妇产科急腹症；腹部B超；阴道B超；诊断准确率 [中图分类号] R445.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）12（c）-0108-03 Effect observation of abdominal B-ultrasound combined with vaginal B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen WANG Yong-ping Functional Section，People′s Hospital of Wan′an County of Ji′an City in Jiangxi Province，Wan′an 343800，China [Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of abdominal B-ultrasound combined with vaginal B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen.Methods 97 cases of gynecological acute abdomen from July 2015 to July 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research object，and surgical pathology diagnosis was used as gold standard.All patients were given pure abdominal B ultrasound，abdominal B-ultrasound combined with vaginal B-program for diagnosis.The diagnostic accuracy was compared between the two groups.Results The diagnostic accuracy of abdominal B-ultrasound combined with vaginal B-ultrasound was 92.78%，which was higher than 74.23% of the abdominal B-ultrasound，with significant difference （χ2=12.125，P=0.000）.Conclusion The effect of abdominal B-ultrasound combined with vaginal B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen is effective，the diagnostic accuracy of different types of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology is higher，and the misdiagnosis and misdiagnosis are less，and the ultrasonic examination is convenient and practical and economy.which can be used as an ideal gynecological acute abdomen detection means.
