A new pilot model that will enable scaling up TCL through the Project-Based-Learning method. 2. This new platform will enable 75-100 schools to participate in one single project (topic). 3. In turn, this will allow many more children to interact on a common project (topic) designed to encourage enquiry while supporting community based action on relevant issues. 4. The pilot of each project will last for one academic year. Once the project has been successfully piloted, the platform will be taken over and managed by the National Center of Education Technology (NCET), a unit of MoE. 5. In principle, ALL SCHOOLS with connectivity can participate in this project in years to come. 6.
