理论研究 荩荩荩荩荩荩荩荩荩荩荩荩荩荩荩荩荩荩荩荩荩荩荩荩荩荩荩荩荩荩荩荩荩荩荩荩 二元经济结构、政府行为 与城乡金融结构演化 张 靓 王定祥 （西南大学经济管理学院，重庆400715） 摘 要： 本文对二元经济结构、 政府行为与城乡金融结构演化关系进行了理论分析， 并对改革开放以来经济结 构、 政府行为对我国城乡二元金融结构演化的影响进行了实证研究。 研究发现： 无论是在长期还是短期， 城乡二元 经济结构强度和政府行为始终是我国城乡金融结构增强的主导因素； 城乡投资差异对城乡二元金融结构的增强在长 期内有显著影响、 短期内影响不明显。 因此， 要促进我国城乡金融协调发展， 需要减少政府干预、 推动农村金融深 化。 关键词： 二元经济结构； 政府行为； 二元金融结构 Abstract ： This paper analyzes the relationship of the binary economic structure ， the government behavior and the ur- ban-rural financial structure evolution. It applies time series method to empirically analyze economic structure ， government be- havior since the reform and opening up on urban-rural dual financial structure evolution. The study finds that ， either in the long or short term ， the binary economic structure strength and government behavior are always the dominant factor to enhance our countrys urban-rural financial structure. The investment difference between urban and rural area has obvious impact on ur- ban-rural binary financial structure in long run ， but not in the short term. So ， to promote our countrys urban and rural finan- cial development ， we need to reduce unnecessary government intervention ， promote the rural financial deepening ， and elimi- nate the urban-rural dual economic structure.
