From the perspective of conflict, especially the knowledge staffs professional organization of conflict, to reveal the relationship between knowledge workers and the nature of professional identity and organizational identification, put forward by shaping the organizational identity, professional coordination organization conflict, formation of employee and organization of the fate of the community, to provide some enlightenment for enterprise knowledge workers management. Key words: knowledge worker; professional identity; organizational identification With the increasingly prominent role of knowledge in the social and economic development, knowledge workers have become the key to win the competition, and also bring new challenges to the traditional management practices. The concept of knowledge worker was first proposed by Drucker, which refers to those who master and use symbols and concepts and use knowledge or information to work. They use their knowledge, wisdom to add value to the product, control the level of wealth creation, is the potential impact of business success. In recent years, research on knowledge management has shifted from focusing on the character of knowledge workers to their work and the ways and means to effectively promote their work. The analysis from the perspective of conflict provides a good method for the study of management style, especially the topic of professional organization conflict, which is not yet widely studied in china.
