Get Well Equipped Comfortable running shoes are essential. Music. Wear sport?pants, or other loose?trousers. Warm-up Warm-up programs can improve the strength of the knee muscle, which, in turn, may decrease injuries. A warm up generally consists of a gradual increase in intensity in physical activity, ?joint mobility exercise, and?stretching, followed by the activity. Warming up brings the body to a condition at which it safely responds to nerve signals for quick and efficient action. Is it?necessary to?do?warm-up?exercise? Proper?Running?Form When people think about how to run, they tend to focus on the feet. However, proper running form starts with the head and works its way down to the feet. If your head and upper body are aligned properly, your lower body and your stride are more likely to be correct. One of the important things to understand about running, is that you want to run in an energy efficient way. Below is a little more info on how to?run tall Head look ahead naturally. This will straighten your neck and back, and bring them into alignment. Dont allow your chin to jut out. Shoulders?your shoulders should be low and loose, not high and and also need to remain level and shouldnt dip from side to side with each stride. Arms?keep your hands in an unclenched fist, with your fingers lightly touching your palms. Your arms should swing mostly forward and back, not across your body, between waist and lower-chest level. Ankles/Feet push off the ground with maximum force .Your feet should not slap loudly as they hit the ground. Good running is springy and quiet. Proper?Running?Form After running Do not sit or crouch down immediately. Do not drink carbonated?beverage and eat if you want to lose fat. Do not drink once running over.
