Teaching goal plays an important role, its choice of teaching content, carry out teaching activities, teaching the results of assessment has a guiding role, namely has guided learning, evaluation on teaching, guidance function. In more than 10 years under the influence of the new curriculum reform, the primary school teachers have made great progress in work out teaching goal. Able to distinguish between basic education purpose, education target, the teaching goal difference.
