The red cells in the blood of mammals and the sieve cells of the vascular plants, without nuclei, but they were initially nucleated and disappeared during development. Some cells are multinucleated, and most cells are mononuclear. The genetic material (genes) is located mainly in the nucleus, so the nucleus is the control center of the cell. The nucleus consists of nuclear envelope, cytoplasm, chromatin and nucleoli. Nuclear envelope The envelope consists of two parts, the outer membrane, the nuclear envelope and the nuclear layer. The nuclear membrane is composed of two layers, thick 7Nm - 8nm. The perinuclear space between the two membranes is about 10nm - 50nm, In many kinds of cells, the outer membrane extends and is connected to the rough endoplasmic reticulum in the cytoplasm. The outer membrane contains many ribosome particles, so it is known that the outer membrane is the nucleus of the endopla
