The first section is an overview
I. Basic Functions
Used to maintain or change the direction of the car, when the car turns to ensure that there is a coordinated rotation between the steering wheel relationship.
Two, basic requirements

3) the steering wheel must not generate self vibration under any driving condition, and the steering wheel does not swing. (equipped with steering damper)
