The main ingredients: lobsters light soy sauce chilli dark soy sauce pepper sugar onion salt ginger white spirit myrcia oyster sauce garlic thick chilli sauce star anise fennel First step: Combine the oil ,chilli, pepper, onion, ginger, garlic in a cooking pot to stir until you feel everything is fragrant;then put into the myrcia, star anise, fennel, oyster sauce, chili sauce and other spices. Second step: Put the lobsters which are abluent into the pot to stir evenly. Third step: And then pour into the white spirit, soy sauce, dark soy sauce,and sugar. stir until you feel everything is fragrant.
