毕业论文 题目名称：基于西门子S7-200的PLC四层电梯 电气控制设计 学院名称：电子信息学院 班 级：工业自动化121班 学 号：010512101380 2013年 5 月  基于西门子S7-200的PLC四层 电梯电气控制设计 Siemens S7-200 PLC Four Elevator Electrical Control Design Based On 学院名称：电子信息学院 班 级：工业自动化121班 学 号：010512101380 学生姓名：车宇通 指导教师：田红彬 2013年 5 月 摘 要 随着建筑技术的发展，楼房一座比一座高，电梯自然成了高楼大厦垂直运输的重要工具，承载着来往大厦里居住、办公、参观的人们可以舒适而又快捷到达目的地的责任。电梯控制系统在每一部电梯的通顺安全的运行中必不可少的，它决定电梯什么时候停层、开关门，以及处理紧急安全问题。 传统的电梯控制系统是继电器控制系统，它存在着诸如电路复杂、故障率高和可靠性差的缺点，很大程度上影响了电梯运行质量。因此，我们用PLC改进了一座住宅楼继电器控制电梯的电气控制系统。 本文用四层楼作为背景进行设计，详细的介绍了电梯PLC控制系统的基本结构、控制原理和实现的方法。利用西门子S7-2OO可编程控制器编写的一个四层电梯的控制系统，实践证明PLC可编程控制器比以往使用专用机开发的工业控制系统更具通用性，改进后的系统运行更可靠，维修更方便了。 为了能在激烈的国际化竞争中赢得先机，先进的设计软件是必不可少的。这就要求我们毕业生能积极认真学好目前最先进的设计方法和自动化技术，为我国的自动化行业做出自己的贡献。 关键字: 电梯；可编程控制器；控制系统 Abstract With the development of building technology, building a than a high, elevator becomes the important tool many-storied buildings vertical transportation, carrying out building residential, office, people visit can be comfortable and convenient to reach the destination. The elevator control system is essential in each elevator smooth safe operation, which determines when the elevator stopped layer, open and close, and deal with the emergency safety. The traditional elevator control system is the relay control system, it exists such as circuit complexity, high failure rate and poor reliability of the, largely influenced by the elevator running quality. Therefore, we improved a relay controlled elevator residential building electrical control system with PLC. In this paper, as the background was designed with four floors, detailed introduces the basic structure, control principle and realization method of the elevator PLC control system.
