2013 届毕业设计 外加剂掺量对混凝土性能的影响 摘 要 外加剂是现代混凝土必不可少的组分之一，有些学者甚至称其为混凝土的第五元素。聚梭酸高效减水剂作为新一代减水剂具有掺量低、减水率高、保坍性能强、相容性强、生产无污染等优点。因此使用聚梭酸高效减水剂业已成为我国混凝土行业的发展趋势。 本毕业设计论文通过在C30混凝土中掺加不同掺量的聚羧酸高效减水剂VIVI-500，试验不同掺量下混凝土的活易性能（坍落度大小与损失程度）和物理性能（抗压、抗折强度）。分析其掺量对混凝土性能的影响。并利用优选相似对称原理，确定试验C30配比中聚羧酸减水剂VIVI-500的最佳掺量。 实验结果表明聚羧酸高效减水剂VIVI-500掺量最主要影响混凝土的坍落度大小，改善混凝土活易性能，减少坍落度损失，保持混凝土塑性，保证泵送施工。而对混凝土力学抗压，抗折强度影响不大。在混凝土外加剂的饱和掺量前随外加剂掺量的增加，混凝土坍落度快速增加，增幅比较大。而混凝土抗压，抗折强度会在初次掺加外加剂时略有降低然后回升，增幅较小。而在混凝土外加剂超过饱和掺量后，其混凝土活易性能，物理性能都会相对降低，对混凝土性能的改善起反作用。 关键词 ：外加剂掺量；坍落度大小；坍落度损失；抗压强度；抗折强度 ABSTRACT Admixture is one of the essential components of modern concrete, some scholars have even referred to as the fifth element of concrete.
