Methods: 60 patients ( ale, 25 cases; fe ale, 35 cases) with cervical intervertebral disc disorder,their average age was 47 years(range fro 37 to 72 years). All pa tients were treated with cervical discecto y and allograft cage i plantation through anterior approach. Re sults:All patientes were followed up with an average of 232 onths.T heresults showed the clinical sy pto i proved, bone healing and kept the anato ical relation of the cervical spine,without local or syste ic abnor al reaction. Conclusion:Cervical vertebral canal deco pression through anterior approach with allograft cage i plantation is anew ethod with applying prospect for cervical intervertebral disc disorder.
