[　] 　归纳国外现代针灸临床的治疗病症, 总结国外针灸临床病 。采用文献研究法, 对美国 Pubmed 网络数据库中1978—2007 年针灸临床随机对照论文报道的病症按系统进行分析归纳, 并 统计每一个病症被报道的论文篇数(即频次)和疗效结论(有效、无效)情况。 获得国外针灸临床文 献587 篇, 共涉及16 个系统130 种病症, 其中论文 一致认为针灸有效者110 种, 大部分论文认为有 效者16 种, 疗效肯定与否定文献数对等的病症1种, 大部分文献认为无效的病症有 1种, 文献完全 认为无效的病症有2 种。表明针灸疗法适应证广, 在国外已得到广泛应用, 针灸病 不断扩大, 具 有广阔的应用前景。 [] 　文献计量学;针灸疗法;国外;针灸临床;病 Preliminary study on disease menu of acupuncture and moxibustion abroad 1 2 2 2 2 1 D U Yuan-hao , H UA N G Wei , X I ON GJ un , LI Bo , S H I Lei , F AN X iao-nong (1.Department of Science Research Administration, The irst Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of TCM, Tianjin 300193, China; 2.Tianjin University of TCM) ABSTRACT Sum up clinical diseases and symptoms treated by modern acupuncture and moxibustion and disease menu of acupuncture and moxibustion abroad.By literature research methods, the diseases and symptom s reported in clinically acupuncture and moxibustion randomized controlled paper from 1978—2007 in databank of Pubmed net- w ork, USA, w ere analyzed and summarized, and the number of paper (frequency-times)and conclusion of thera- peutic effect (effective and ineffective)of each disease reported were counted up. ive hundred and eighty-seven pa- pers of clinical acupuncture and moxibustion abroad, including 130 diseases and symptoms of 16 system s, were found.In these papers, 110 diseases and symptoms were unanimously considered effective and 16 diseases and symptoms were considered effective by most papers, and one disease w as showed by equal number of paper of posi- tive or negative effect, and one disease w as considered ineffective
