But there are still some unanswered questions: how critical is growth to your company? How do you create new growth? You will probably need to work quickly to find new sources of growth, faster than you think. The purpose of this chapter is to find new sources of growth as soon as possible. Where is my company located in the growth curve? For todays development demand, most companies fall into two camps. First, for a small number of companies, the new development has no direct interest in them. Their current development strategies are still sound, and the potential for traditional growth models has not been fully explored. Still, most companies have or will run out of the potential of traditional growth models. Their positions in the industry have been fairly solid, the Internet market has been preempted, and the pace of product innovation has slowed. As a result, core business growth is slow, not even growing at all. A: so many ways, what is suitable for our company? If youre lucky, you may still have a chance to pursue a traditional growth model. But for most companies, the pursuit of new opportunities comes first. It is worth noting that most companies are inevitably bringing business to a standstill. Even the best-conceived business model eventually goes nowhere. It is important to recognize these shortcomings. When your business is going well, you can rely on the strength and financial resources of your team to create new opportunities. Wall Street will give you the freedom to move into new markets, and employees will be confident of new challenges.
