欧共体卫星著作权指令评介(国外英语资料) The ec satellite copyright directive review Author: wei In order to cooperate with the establishment of a large market goal, the ec has been working for years to promote the broadcasting of the market across national boundaries. As early as October 3, 1989, the European Union would ever make a coordinate each member instruction about TV activities, aims to promote TV program production and communication within the community. But the directive mainly deals with issues such as advertising, sponsorship and youth protection, and avoids the problem of copyright law. With the proliferation of satellite broadcasting and cable transmission technology, the different rules of copyright in each member state have gradually impeded the transmission of broadcast TV programs. On the one hand, the work of some copyright owners is used outside the country and they cannot be paid; On the other hand, some copyright holders abuse their rights and resist the use of their works in other member states. To coordinate the relevant copyright law, community council on September 27, in 1993 passed the coordinate related satellite radio broadcast and cable, relating right of copyright directive rules, hereinafter referred to as satellite copyright directive or instruction.
