优化论文：优化 捕鱼算法 局部极值 【中文摘要】群智能算法作为一种新的智能优化技术,以其精度高、鲁棒性好等特点受到了计算机界学者的广泛关注。至今,人们已经提出了许多种优化算法,如人工鱼群算法、遗传算法、萤火虫算法等。实践证明,群智能算法是一种能有效地解决全局优化问题的技术。本文研究的主要内容及研究成果如下：(1)第一章,首先介绍了智能算法的背景和,其次介绍了群智能的研究现状以及其广泛应用,最后给出了本文的结构及内容框架。(2)第二章,简要介绍了渔夫捕鱼算法(FSOA)。(3)第三章,根据FSOA算法在渔夫探测时容易出现重复探测的现象,提出了采用动态步长的模拟捕鱼策略改进方法。渔夫的搜索方向受其当前前进方向的限制。实验证明该方法能有效地解决收敛速度慢的缺点。(4)第四章,提出了一种区域搜索以代替随机探测策略的方法。渔夫可根据自己所处环境的不同而采用不同的搜索策略,使算法的优化精度得到了明显的改进。(5)第五章,提出了一种将收缩方法和粒子群算法相结合的混合算法。该算法要求首先找出一些局部极值,在进行速度更新时,粒子根据自己所处环境的不同采用不同的更新策略。实验数据表明该方法可以有效地解决大多数优化问题。 【英文摘要】Swarm intelligence algorithm as a new intelligent optimization technology was extensive concerned with its high precision and good robustness by computer science scholar. So far, people have proposed many kinds of optimization algorithm, such as artificial fish algorithm, genetic algorithm, glowworm swarm optimization algorithm, etc. It has been found that swarm intelligence algorithm is a kind of technology that can solve the global optimization problem effectively. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) The first chapter introduces the background and purpose of intelligent algorithms, and then describes the research status of swarm intelligence and its wide application, given the structure and framework finely.(2) The second chapter introduces the swarm fishermen optimization algorithm (FSOA).(3) Chapter three was proposed an improving method that a simulation of the dynamic step strategy fisherman detection algorithm based on FSOA susceptible to duplication detection phenomenon, Fisherman by its current search direction was limited by the forward direction. Experiments show that this method can solve the disadvantage of slow convergence effectively.(4) Chapter four was proposed a new method that region search instead of Random detection strategy.
