云南省金融行业发展研究 　　摘要： 改革开放以来，云南省综合实力突飞猛进，其经济及金融业也实现了快速发展。但就目前而言，云南省金融发展仍然滞后经济发展，并呈现出渐渐扩大的趋向。同时还存在着产业层次偏低、农村贫困面大、区域发展不平衡等问题，在经济增长下行和物价上涨的压力较大，加之国际市场持续低迷，世界经济复苏的不稳定性和不确定性越来越大，这使云南省发展面临更复杂严峻形势，同时又有诸多有利条件和可贵发展机遇。在这种情况下，分析云南省金融发展现状，充分利用云南省资源，调整其金融结构，制定适合金融发展的战略和改进措施，对于提升云南省金融发展水平，促进其经济协调发展具有一定的理论价值及意义。 　　Abstract： Since the reform and opening-up policy， the comprehensive strength of Yunnan Province has the great development， its economic and financial industry also has achieved rapid development. But for now， Yunnan financial development falls behind the economical development， and the tendency is gradually expanding. At the same time， the level of industry is low， the rural area of poverty is large and the regional development is unbalanced in Yunnan. Under the rising prices， the pressure of economic growth is large. Because of the continuous weakness of international market， the instability and uncertainty of the world economic recovery are bigger and bigger. All of these make the development of Yunna Province more complex and they also bring many favorable conditions and precious opportunities for development. In this case， it has certain theoretical value and significance to analyze the current situation of financial development in Yunnan， make full use of resources in Yunnan， adjust its financial structure andcarry out suitable strategies and improvement measures for financial development for enhancing the level of financial development and promoting the coordinated development of economy in Yunnan. 　　关键词： 云南省；金融发展；金融结构 　　Key words： Yunnan Province；financial development；financial structure 　　中图分类号：F832.7 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-4311（2016）08-0034-04 　　0 引言 　　自从中国加入WTO后，我国经济发展迅猛，对外经济交往也日益密切和频繁，而作为中国南部与南亚多国交界重要省份的云南省，要进一步发展云南经济，除了要发展好投资、消费和对外贸易外，更需要一个良好的与之相配套的金融环境。 　　改革开放三十多年以来，云南经济虽遭遇1997年的东南亚金融危机以及2007年的全球金融海啸的影响，依旧迅猛发展，金融体制改革也逐步深化。但与其他发达省份相比，其的金融业活跃程度仍远远不够，其金融市场仍处于初级发展阶段，如缺乏外资保险公司，外汇市场和证券市场发展相对迟缓，截止到2012年，只有4家外资银行设立分行并经营，外资银行落户在省会城市昆明的积极性不高，仍缺少国际上知名的大银行，全省银行业多元化不足。但是，
