Community sports, as a key to the community construction, is the essential guarantee for the sustainable development of the community and plays significant role in the community construction. According to the National Fitness Program (2011-2015) released by the State Council, by 2015, the fitness consciousness of residents both in urban and rural will have been further strengthened, the number of people attending physical exercise will have significantly increased, the physical quality of residents will have obviously improved and the public service system for the national fitness will have covered both urban and rural.
